Send us the structure. You get a plan, a date and a price

Not a brochure and not a discovery call. Tell us who owns the business, where they live and what it does, and within one working day you get the route we would take, the fee, the state charges at cost and the realistic date. If Portugal is the wrong answer, that is the first thing you will hear.

List each country. It decides representation, apostilles and timing.
Plainly, in a few sentences: the product or service, who buys it, and roughly where. This is the part that determines the activity codes, the VAT position and how a bank will read the file.
We read every one of these ourselves. If your case needs something we do not do, we will say so and point you somewhere sensible.

What happens next

Four steps, and none of them is a discovery call

1
We read it, properly

A person reads what you sent and works out what the case actually needs. If something essential is missing we ask one short question rather than booking a meeting to find out.

Same day
2
You get a written quote

The route we would take, our fee, the state charges itemised at cost, the realistic date, and the parts that are cheaper done yourself. In writing, so you can compare it with anyone else’s.

1 working day
3
We talk, if it is useful

A call when there is something to decide, not as a sales step. Plenty of engagements start and finish without one.

If needed
4
Work starts on an agreed scope

Fee fixed, scope written down, and a named person responsible. Nothing begins before you have accepted both.

On your word
Straight about this too

When not to write to us

It saves everybody a week.

Write to us about
  • An operating business that needs a real European entity
  • A Portuguese company whose accounting or filings need fixing
  • Tax structuring where you want the arithmetic shown, not asserted
  • A trademark you want cleared before a launch
  • A plan you want checked for tax presence you did not budget for
Please do not
  • Residency, golden visas or immigration — not our practice
  • Nominee directors or shareholders of convenience
  • A price before we know what the structure is
  • Anything whose only purpose is a lower rate with nothing underneath
  • Shelf companies as a way past the tax numbers

Questions people ask on the way here

How quickly will I hear back?

Within one working day, from a person who has read what you sent. We do not run a call centre and there is no sequence of automated follow-ups. If your question needs a longer answer than a day allows, you will get an acknowledgement that says so and a date.

What should I include in the first message?

Who owns the business, which countries the owners live in, what the company actually does, and when you need to be trading. Those four things let us give you a route, a fee and a realistic date instead of a brochure. Anything else is useful but not necessary at this stage.

Is the first conversation chargeable?

No. Scoping the work and giving you a written quote costs nothing and carries no obligation. We charge once you accept a scope, and the fee is fixed and agreed in writing before anything starts.

What languages do you work in?

English, Russian and Portuguese, in writing and on calls. Documents going to Portuguese authorities are prepared in Portuguese regardless of the language we speak with you.
